This place does not even deserve one star. Perhaps the rudest person I've ever spoken to on the phone.
I called, relatively short notice, to order a bouquet, a boutonnière and a floral basket arrangement for a wedding ceremony. Brian was very busy but took my call. He wanted to be able to focus on my needs so he apologized, took my number and promised to call me later. Which he did. He was patient, helpful in making recommendations, and complimented my suggestions. I needed the flowers to be delivered to an Inn by a specific time and they were there. On time and better than I could have imagined. I would definitely use Hills again.
This local florist is 23 minutes away from where the flowers needed to be sent was two days late even after we paid for an express delivery - it actually never arrived, i just called after almost two days of the delivery date. Their reason is that the flowers were late and that's the reality. I cancelled the order and the grumpy old lady asked me if i can do one thing for her so she told me to never use their website anymore in the future. I guess this is what you get for supporting local florists. What a disappointment.
Brian does beautiful work. I have had roses delivered to me in the hospital. Gorgeous! Everyone comented. They lasted quite awhile. I have ordered from him and have never been disappointed.
My flowers were not delivered on time, so I called to check on them and was immediately harassed by the man on the phone. He talked to me as if he was scolding a child. What a horrible person.
